Are there ways that people can kind of like as they're going through their days sort of say to themselves maybe this is something that's really touching people's lives because maybe you don't even know how you're affecting other people or what to just pull out that would be your legacy. - Yeah it's kind of interesting because if you think about what your strengths are and focus on them, you're not just a mom, think about all the really great things that you do that lead you to be a mom or a dad. You're not just an administrative assistant, you're organized, you have really great qualities that make you great at your job. If you start to focus on those then that gives you more of a direction of your legacy cos then with that you get to choose your passion and use your strengths to kind of feel your passion, and then you get to live your legacy by kind of understanding what do I need to change today in order to kind of go forward with what I want to be and who I want to be and what do I want to leave behind for people to remember me by. - Are there certain questions that people could ask themselves when they're thinking about leaving their legacy like what you should consider? I don't know if it's. - Yeah I think that's a question of if I were to do exactly what I wanted to do and how do I want people to remember me, what do I need to change? You know, where is it that, what do I want people to say about me when I'm not around or when I'm gone and that gives you kind of your compass of okay, this is where I need to go with it.
